Smoked Salmon Tartine
INGREDIENTS
1 slice low carb whole wheat bread (I prefer Schmidt 647 bread)
3 ounces smoked salmon
2 tablespoons plain low gat Greek yogurt
½ lemon, juiced
your favorite herbs and seasonings (see below)
DIRECTIONS
Toast bread to desired doneness.
Mix Greek yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread onto toasted bread.
Top toast with smoked salmon. Garnish with herbs and spinach of your choice.
