Smoked Salmon Tartine

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice low carb whole wheat bread (I prefer Schmidt 647 bread)

  • 3 ounces smoked salmon

  • 2 tablespoons plain low gat Greek yogurt

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • your favorite herbs and seasonings (see below)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast bread to desired doneness.

  2. Mix Greek yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread onto toasted bread.

  3. Top toast with smoked salmon. Garnish with herbs and spinach of your choice.
